A one year warranty to the original purchaser includes the following:
- that our product meets  your quality standards
-that our product is free from defects in materials and workmanship
-warranties will be honored when the product is returned to Montana Dewdrop Trailers or facility approved by Montana Dewdrop Trailers.
-transportation costs, service charges and towing charges are purchasers responsibility
-warranty is invalid if product has been misused, including:  alterations, overloading or improper use.
 

Montana Dewdrop Trailers warranty does not include warranties on the following products used in the manufacturing of our product as these products or components may have their own warranties:
-chassis, axels, wheels, tires and jacks
-windows, appliances, electrical fixtures and/or components

A warranty claim on component parts must be presented to the respective manufacturer.

Montana Dewdrop Trailers shall not be liable for injuries or death to persons or property, or for incidental, contingent, consequential or special damages arising from the use of our product.
